Site migrations usually take 3-5 days. Once payment is made, we’ll reach out to you with instructions to share your website access. Once we have access it usually takes us 2-3 days with staging, optimizing, getting approvals and then going live on a time that works for you.
Yes, we take care of plugin updates. We ensure that we take proper backups and will attempt to resolve any issues or reach out to plugin vendors when needed. So, you can just sit back and focus on your business and not the tech.
If you require plugin config for your automations and such this can be done at fixed or hourly rates.
We provide premium SMTP email for core website emails like account activations, password resets, and transactional emails up to 5k per month.
If you are sending newsletters from your website then emails are not included. You will need to use your own SMTP service provider.
Our tech stack is focused on the 9 core areas of the JazzyWP site and includes a wide selection of premium plugins.
Of course, we don’t have every premium plugin in the market but the ones we do have are offered at no extra cost to you which can add up to hundreds of dollars per year.
We only use legitimate agency licenses that allow install on managed client sites. If you decide to leave our managed care plan, we’ll deactivate the plugins as required by the terms of our agency software licenses.
